BOOKS ON PHILOSOPHY OF RELIGION:

This text is a great introduction to philosophy of religion from a Christian perspective. It discusses the nature of God, the traditional philosophical arguments for God’s existence, miracles, the problem of evil, Hell, Jesus, and resurrection. In addition, Copan treats demanding tasks, like God’s relationship to time, with ease and clarity. The book is laid out in a logical five-part manner that follows the biblical narrative: God, Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Re-creation. One helpful feature for this book is the added questions for personal reflection and small group study. This text could easily be used in a Bible study or Sunday School format.
